What is a subscription and why should I subscribe?
Subscriptions allow you to use the site's internal mail and Instant Message feature to contact other members directly. If you don't purchase a subscription, or you have no contact stamps, you will only be able to send fist bumps to other members.
 
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the website using PayPal, log in to your PayPal account. Click on the "My Account" tab if it's not already active. Under the tabs is a sub-menu, starting with "Overview." Go to the menu option that says "Profile" and click it. Next, click on the "My Money" link in your profile. You should see a table containing your bank accounts and credit cards connected to PayPal. There is also a row in this table called "My preapproved payments." Select Update to see your subscriptions. Finally, click Cancel next to the entry for us.

If you subscribed on your iPhone or iPad using the App Store, tap on Settings, open "iTunes and App Store," and manage your subscription from there. 
 
Why am I being asked for a PayPal account?
PayPal handles the details of our monthly billing for website users. (For mobile users, payments are handled in the Apple App Store or in the Google Play Store). All of these services demand that all monthly purchases come from their own account holders. 

If you don't have an App Store, Google Play Store, or PayPal account, we encourage you to sign up for one.
 
How long does my subscription last?
All subscriptions are open-ended. They will continue to be billed every month until the subscriber cancels.
 
Why was my credit card denied?
If your card is in good standing, you probably just mistyped the number. If PayPal or the App Store is still declining your card, you should consider contacting either their support team or the bank that issued the card.
 
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can use any credit card or debit card that is accepted by PayPal, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also link your PayPal account to a regular checking account, which lets you transfer funds between the two.

If you are a mobile phone user, you can also subscribe with any card that is accepted by Google Play Store or by Apple's App Store.
 
After I pay, how long does it take for the subscriber benefits to become active?
You should be able to use the paid features of the site immediately. If not, please email support@seekbromance.com and we'll fix the situation ASAP.
 
Can I try a subscription for free?
Yes, but you have to sign up for a subscription at the regular price. Your account will not be billed for 14 days if you do this, so you're free to cancel if you decide that seekBromance is not for you.
 
How can I get a refund?
If you have purchased a 12-month subscription in advance, you can contact us up to three days after subscribing to receive a full refund of your first payment. We will credit it to your account, no questions asked. After the three days, you will be able to cancel your subscription, but you will still be responsible for the first month's payment.

If you purchased a monthly subscription, you will always be responsible for the latest 30-day period after the billing date. However, if you cancel before the next billing period, no further charges will be incurred.
